  About Morocco
Located at the center of Morocco, this imperial city is set up in a large palm grove. Travellers discovering this medieval city crowned with ochre and red ramparts, and surrounded by the High Atlas summits drawing up their silhouette at the horizon, can only be marvelled at nature spectacle.

Founded in 1062 by Almoravides, the city thrived in XVI century under the Saadiens dynasty; Today, Marrakesh is an important commercial metropolis. It holds nearly 800 000 inhabitants and is considered the tourist capital of the kingdom of Morocco.

Protected by its strengthened enclosure, charming and shimmering at the sunset, Marrakech is such a jewel... the minaret of Koutoubia, the Badia palace, the Bahia palace, the Medersa Ben Youssef, the Saadiens tombs, the museum of Marrakech and the Kouba of Almoravides are amongst many other marvellous places that will provide you the opportunity to discover the mysteries of this astonishing orient...

When discovering Jemaa El Fna square, the amazement is systematic. Nominated as oral humanity inheritance by UNESCO in May 2001, Jemaa El Fna square is a center of social life and immense showroom in the open air: There, you will encounter travelling acrobats, jugglers, snake charmers, monkey trainers, storytellers, musicians... and of course multiple shops... and right behind Jemaa El Fna begins a maze of lanes which form the Medina and the souks... it is a must to be lost there, to let oneself be bewitched by odors, savors and colors...
