Registration Fees for the Congress include :
Opening ceremonies and welcome reception, ½ day visit of Marrakesh, access to all sessions and the exhibit hall, congress kit and Congress materials.

Registration Fees for the Accompanying Person include :
Opening ceremonies and welcome reception, ½ day visit of Marrakesh, access to the exhibit hall and accompanying person’s kit.

Confirmation of Registration
Completed registration forms will be acknowledged within 7 days and letters of confirmation will be sent to those registering before May 1, 2008 (after this date, registration will be carried out at the Congress opening)..

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A Congress participant unable to attend the ICR 2008 after having paid their registration fees must provide a written request for their refund (less 30% administrative charges) on or before April 30, 2008. The ICR 2008 regrets that requests received after this date will not be considered. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.

All international visitors should check within our website (click here) or with his or her local consulate regarding visa and entry regulations for Morocco, and they should do this well in advance of the conference.
