You can benefit from very promotional prices for a registration before October 31, 2007, as well on flying tickets, lodging and for the pre and post congress. (See table below)
The requests are treated as soon as of their arrival, with acknowledgement of delivery under 24 hours for the “on line” reservations, and 48 hours for the reservations by fax, in the express requirement that the document is well filled out. The deadline of reservation for the hotels and services is on April 2, 2008. From this date, the reservation will be accepted, but they are subject to hotels availabilities. We advise you to book as soon as possible to guarantee your choice, as well as the price.
We do not accept any reservation by phone. The payment of the registration fees in their totality and of the deposit required for the services is essential in order that your inscription and your reservation could be taken into account.
The Riads & Charm Residences provide very small capacities; we will deal with requests as soon as we will receive them.
The stay’s taxes are included in the mentioned prices, and are subject to modifications for June 2008
