bla Moroccan Gastronomy Course in the Riad Lotus Ambre

You will be received by the Chef of Riad Lotus Ambre known for its school of kitchen. This riad is known for its elegant and original decoration. You will learn to cook Berber Tajine with vegetables, Chicken Tajine with crystallised lemon and olive, Meat Tagine with prunes. He will give you “tricks” and secrets of traditional Moroccan kitchen.
On arrival, tea and coffee will be served to you
Beginning of the courses at 9h00 : Kitchen workshop on the terrace of Riad, explanations of the menu and techniques of preparation, you will make knowledge with ingredients of your dishes, then the chief will make its different teams to prepare the dishes. You will cook your mains dishes yourself and you will taste them at the end, with a first course and a dessert.
