The first part concerns the warm-up, essential part for good progress of the course. The warm-up includes exercises of fitness and softening. The second part concerns the Oriental dance techniques : you learn how to do the basics of the Oriental dance with movements and choreographies, and at the same time, the nature and the history of these movements. In the last part you will do exercises of stretching, breathing and relieving coming from yoga. At the end of each course, the teacher is at your disposal to answer all your questions.
